SHIPPING POLICY

Your order will be sent to FREZYDERM's warehouse and you will promptly receive an order confirmation email. The order will be delivered to the address you have indicated.

All orders are forwarded, sent and delivered on working days. Shipping cost is charged to the customer and is displayed during checkout. The customer is able to choose between two shipping options, NEXT DAY (by DPD) and STANDARD (by Royal Mail within 2-3 working days) delivery. The shipping cost varies, depending on the order amount and the shipping option chosen. 

Order before 1pm to have your order dispatched the same day. If you order after 1pm, your order will be dispatched the next working day.
